Super Service from Vodacom

I am so used to getting poor service from companies that I expected nothing better from Vodacom. I was due for an upgrade and went to Vodacom at Campus Square. Well, nobody could have asked for more professional assistance. Portia Mmope got up from behind her computer and I had her full attention for more than an hour. It is so reassuring to have someone assisting you with real knowledge of an organization and its products and not just a stupid salesman who wants to con you out of money. She discussed my needs with me and showed me the various offers. Then a young lady by the name of Reya Merafe who I think might work for Oppo started with the technical jargon. In no way was I intimidated or pressurized into any deal. While Portia was busy with the paperwork Reya started to transfer my data from the old to the new phone and explained every step. I have friends who complained about Vodacom. I suggest my friends should pay a visit to Vodacom Campus Square. I wish to thank both Portia and Reya for the respectful way in which I was treated.
