Super Sales Consultant Tebogo at Vodacom Pan Africa Mall Alexandra

I would like to give my compliment for a Sales Consultant at VodacomShop Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra Township by the name of Tebogo. I went to the Vodacom shop on Friday the 22 December 2023 and got there at 08H50 am just 2 mins before they opened the shop. Once it was open we walked in as customer's and I was just walking around looking at the phones on display while they attended to other customers and I took the vodacom deals book and sat down for a few mins. Tebogo was free to assist me as the next customer, we politely greeted and he asked me if he could assist me. All I said is I have this X amount of cash, I need a new phone, it must have big on board space and great camera quality MAINLY.

He recommenced a phone for me a Tecno 10 pro Spark and he went on to explain in detail what the phone entails, in terms of space and the great camera quality it has and furthermore it is within my budget in fact I will be saving a couple of thousands rands with this phone. He even offered to demonstrate the camera quality that phones have over some other brand that is so overrated, lol...

Immediately I was sold and told him I hope he is not over selling this phone because of making sales and Tebogo assured me he is a more technical person when it comes to phones and this phone already ticks so many great technical boxes and meets my needs and what I was looking for. I then agreed to proceed with the sale.

Tebogo was a super star and a super sales consultant at the shop. He answered all my questions and concerns and furthermore offered more advice on the technical aspects of the phone. I was very happy and felt very lucky to have him there at the moment selling me that phone.

He was very professional, willing to assist and went over an above his call of duty when I shared another concern in passing regarding my home intenet router, as I had a work predicament were I need to change my current contract from 10Mbps to 20Mbps, as it is now my work requirement as work from home most of the time and do go to the office on scheduled days. So I told him I called the vodacom call centre. I was told I am not due for an upgrade on my current contract,m therefore there was nothing they could do for me. They told me I needed to cancel the current contract and they transferred me to their cancellation team who did an early termination quotation and it came up to a R9000 penalty. Furthermore, I signed up for a new contract for 20Mbps. So I was like I might need him to assist me with that new home internet contract as well meaning I will pay for 2 home internet contracts since I cannot afford to pay the early termination fee if I go the cancellation route.

Tebogo listened to me so attententively and gave me a solution to my problem, he saved the day, Tebogo was the SUPERMAN who did not even have to wear a cape. He was my Super Hero with an instant solution that saved me from paying cancellation penalties. He just said you just need to migrate from your current contract to the new one you are requesting. Yes there will be a migration fee but you won't have to break your bank and yes your price plan will change and you will not get more data on the new plan.

While he was processing my sale he explained in detail how the migration would work and was also actively checking for me the fees and when it will start. I almost broke into tears with joy and could not believe how Tebogo came through for me. He was God sent on that day and I could not stop thanking him. He went over and above his call of duty from selling me a top of the range phone on budget and stopped me from making the biggest mistake for taking a 2nd home internet contract.

I am so glad I came to your store and had you as well as my Consultant to assist me on the day. Thank you for being my Super Hero and did have to wear a cape. Tebogo is an attentive listener, a true professional when it comes to his work, he is patient and able to see just beyond sales.
