I have a two yer warranty on my 9720 blackberry,I took my phone for assessment and I was told that my phone was liquid damaged.i have never abused my phone and the customer service is pathetic! Was told I'm Somoza to pay r1250 to fix it... Utter **** I was given a **** loan phone that can literally only SMS and make phone calls...what about work things.... None of that we taken into consideration... I am appalled by how they trying to out do Vodafone customers. Is this some sort of ****!!! I want this recified or I will take it further!!!
