Since I had an issue last year and Deon contacted me I have always found him very helpful in times of crisis. He is the guy I want calling me when I have a problem. He gives Vodacom a good name. He has awesome people skills and makes you feel you are the only client and gives you 100% support and where needed follow-up. He is a rare diamond to be valued.
