Super excellent service

I just want to send my atmost appreciation and gratitude to Conrad who is working in your call centre. He is such a star, I called frustrated after I have been sent from pillar to post, everyone not being able to assist me with my modem that wasn't connecting to the internet. After many attempts to get help from your call centre and cresta branch, I called and this gentleman assisted me within minutes and with no stress. He was friendly, patient, and very understanding. I do not have words to thank him. He is my hero. Vodacom is lucky to have you Conrad. That was impressive. Well done!
