I have been experiencing difficulties with Vodacom call centre with regards to a settlement letter which was needed by my bank.unfortnately I was given the run around for the past 3 weeks but yesterday on the 23 November 17 I spoke to a guy at the cancellation department named Kingsley,as frustrated as I was with me shouting he kept calm listened to and assured me he'll do everything in his powers to help and he kept his promise he managed to help terminate the contract and referred me.to the accounts department for a letter and explained everything in details. I am so grateful that I spoke to him.in the accounts department I spoke to Nonkululeko Vilakazi and I must confess I was humbled by the service and commitment of resolving the issue,she promised me that she will try by all means, and had said she will give me a call after talking to her supervisor which could take roughly 2 hours. And indeed she foned me back to update me as she could understand my frustration that my home loan grant depended on the letter. This morning on the 24 Nov 17 she foned me in the morning to ask if I have received the letter and indeed there was a letter that I had been running around for more than 2 weeks.i would realy love to extend my appreciation to Nonkululeko for a task exceptionally done.God bless you my dear Sister you are an asset to Vodacom not forgetting Kingsley,Thank you so much guys.Be abundantly blessed.
