Super bad service and **** advertising

App**** for a contract phone almost 2 weeks ago online and it said the phone was available and in stock. The application was approved and received a message that the phone will delivered within 3-5 business days. To my suprise I received am SMS saying the phone is out of stock and now it's almost 2 weeks later and still the same story... Phone is out of stock. The add is still being advertised and it shows the phone is available, but here I am. Still no phone!
