Super annoyed Client

I am so ****ed no words can even explain. I was HACKED yesterday a ******* was able to sim swap my number in the ams while i was obviously asleep. It took the ******* 3hrs to sim swap. How the HELL does Vodacom give authority for someone who is not me to swim swap!! How is it that easy for ******** to use our numbers! I am holding VODACOM reliable for the monies that my family and friends have lost. There is zero security. The consultant told me the ******* used TOBI how the hell do u guys still allow this if it has no security. I have done a swim swap yesterday at 3 and I’m still waiting 15 hours later but the ******* was able to do the swim swap in 3 hours this is Ridiculous even when I mentioned it was an emergency, my families and friends are still loosing money as I speak You guys are very *********** i can’t believe how u make it easy for this ******* it’s obviously an inside Job. Why is there no option to atleast temporarily block my number. PURE NONSENSE!!
