Super amazing customer services WELL DONE

<p>Hi All</p> <p>My name is Amanda and i just want to give credit where it is due.</p> <p>Dispite all the complaints on hello peter there are few amazing human beings that really make you feel like the customer services world could have more of these super amazing human beings. Who am i talking about Callyne Marescia. I first spoke to her when i was informed on the vodcom chat that i did not qualify for a contract she helped me through the process till i found out that i was **** to and that i had qualified for the online special, point is she kept me in the loop and called me everytime she promised to and made sure i understood what was going on. Callyne girl i thank you. I hope you are valued at vodacom and hope that you treat every other customer as you did me. Customer services is about patience, understanding and being a good listener so you are able to cater for your customer needs and Callyne is a perect definition of that and thank you for embracing my overly excited and dramatic personality lol :) again your an amazingly awesome human being my word thank you a million for your outstanding and efficient services.
