Sunday Times Subscription Hasn't Been Cancelled

<p>I was negligent enough to take up the "free" trial of the Sunday Times app on Voda Live. Before the trial period ended I tried everything to cancel this so that I wouldnt be billed. None of the service channels offered for cancellation worked (not surprised) and I ended up asking the Voda shop at Nicoleway to check. They couldn't find any subscriptions on the system. I also called Vodacom and the lady assured me the subcription was noted as cancelled. Guess what? These clowns are billing me R52.63 per month for this ******* app and I have no way to cancel it. *******!</p>
