Summons for Non Existing Contract

Vodacom is about to lose a prepaid client (ex Autopage/MTN contract client).

I have notified Hammond Pole Attorneys (whom I presume are acting on behalf of Vodacom) on a few occasions and supp**** them with an affidavit to state that no contract with Vodacom has been initiated by myself and the following response was received from the attorneys:
---
Good day,
Your below email has been received and I have flagged the account under the status refusal to pay.

The legal process will commence as indicated.

If you have not entered into a contract with Vodacom you may submit a declaration of ***** accompanied by a certified copy of your ID and 5 signature specimens.
---
I requested info in respect of who, where and how this contract was initiated but no info has been supp****.
Why do I have to waste my time obtaining affidavits to state that the contract doesn't exist?
I have not been contacted by Vodacom. They must have information available.
