Summer voucher still not honoured a year latet

Been trying to get my voucher approved from when I first got my contract. When I app**** for my new contract it specifically stated I would receive a R1000 as summer voucher. To be spent on accessories. I have been fighting with Vodacom without success for over a year now to redeem said voucher. I keep getting the runaround from one department to the next without joy. As it is to gat already the reception where I live is terrible and they do not seem the area important enough to do something about it. Vodacom should be ashamed of themselves ...
