Summer shake or Summer ****?

So this summer shake competition that's going on at the moment for the audi A3s and holidays ect. I was looking the my expired entries to find that every entry I had for the competition expired on the 30th of November, 2 days before the competition. So in my eyes this is showing every entry I had for this showing as expired hence invalid? If this is the case its disgusting practice of conning your customers.
