Summer Promotion Guaranteed Vouchers....3 months and still nothing!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom, I have been a customer for over 15 years now. In December I upgraded and with my upgrade I was promised R2700 of "Guaranteed Vouchers" that would be smsed to me within 7-10 day of upgrading. I have been fighing for these vouchers since DECEMBER going backwards and forwards between different people, to only receive my vouchers TODAY. Of the vouchers I was sent there was missing the R250 Takealot vouchers which I have been waiting to buy something since December from Takealot but I want to use my voucher to buy the item. 2 of the vouchers they sent me, when I tried to redeem them today, I got the response "Sorry! This campaign is closed. Please check reward history for your redeemed vouchers." Really, is this the service I get from Vodacom for being a loyal customer for over 15 years???????? I'm so flippen annoyed, I was hoping to buy the item online today and STILL no working vouchers!!!!!!!!!
