Summer Deal Promo Vouchers not being delivered.

In December 2018 I took out an additional Vodacom contract, The phone I found appealing was the Samsung J8 @ R299.00 pm including vouchers to the value of R2296.00. I received the following vouchers. Sorbet R250, Takealot R200, Hopster R297, Video play R297

Showmax R752 for 3 months - this made no sense as Showmax costs R99.00 PM nobody able to explain this. Makro Voucher R500 only for online upgrades or purchases/Not received. nobody able to explain as well. I have been sending numerous emails for the last 2 months to get an explanation as to why the Showmax voucher is valued at that value R752.00 and yet worth a lot less. I have also not received the Makro Voucher of R500.00 The customer care department was totally un helpful kept referring me from one area to another.
