Sucky service with silicone screen guard

I have had the same experience as Algernon A. On the 11th of September 2019, I visited the V&A waterfront Vodacom store to get a silicone screen protector put onto my phone. I was ensured that they do not put the cover all the way to the edge of the screen because I have a good quality case (Speck), i asked if they were sure and the lady said “Yes! With your case and new screen protector, your screen will be completely protected”. Imagine my surprise when 3 weeks later, I drop my phone and my entire screen cracks from 2 of the exposed corners of the screen. So after spending R400 on what should be an invisible (for 6 months according to the warrantee), my screen experiences the worst crack I’ve ever had in 5 years.
