Such Good Service Considering The Odds

A week ago I went and app**** for my first contract and nothing went right I had to pay in on the phone due to my clean credit record then there was no stock. I waited and waited for Vodacom's call to say the stock has arrived. Today I phoned in frustrated and got told the gentlemen that helped me left without letting anyone know about my situation. I felt very upset but then a young women by the name of Laurella assisted me with great service everything was sorted in five minutes I now have my new phone and new contract. I'm very satisfied with her service and highly impressed with this young lady. She deserves a promotion. And is a huge asset to Vodacom 4U in Eastgate. A big thanks to Laurella hope to see u when my next upgrade occurs.
