Subtracting money *******ly

July last year I upgraded (online) to a smart S contract. When my phone got delivered I also received a laptop (that I did not sign up for). I then contacted Vodacom and they advised me that they are not sure what to do about the situation. 2 Months later a lady phones me and tells me to give it back, I advise her that I am going into a meeting and she should phone me that afternoon at 16:00. She never phoned back. In November 2014 Vodacom starts subtracting an amount of R360 from my account. My statement states its a Laptop instalment. I immediately contact Vodacom and tell them that this is against the law. You can't just take money from a client without his consent on that amount!! They then tell me that they are going to fetch my laptop in beginning of December and after that they will credit me with all the money that they already have subtracted *******ly from my account.... I contacted them again in January as they again took money from my account for a laptop. They assured me I will be credited. Last night I received an sms from my bank informing me Vodacom has AGAIN taken the money for a laptop instalment. They now owe me over R1400. PATHETIC
