Subscriptions removed
I won a 12month subscription to Amazon Prime with the Vodacom app, it was working amazingly for about 2 months and then one day I received a pop up that i have some subscriptions that would be charging me R10 rand a day and it gave me an option to cancel the subscriptions, the next thing I know, my Amazon subscription is cancelled as well and i've been struggling to find a way to get it back. Is there someone that can assist with this?

11 Mar 2025, 11:53Its been over a month since i last heard from Ashley Payle from Vodacom who promised to attend to this issue, i've tried reaching out to him a number of time but he is just ignoring me.
Usually Vodacom is extremely good with dealing with these types of issues but this is the first time that i am just being ignored.
Is my issue not that important enough that I am just being ignored?
