Good Day

I received again today a notification for Outstanding Subscription, for a service Vodacom terminated on their own accord despite numerous written requests etc to have the matter resolved. I did send numerous e-mails which Vodacom chose to ignore for over 4 months now

I notified Vodacom of the problem before Vodacom suspended, deleted and now insist on the collection of outstanding subscription. Regardless of the problem and how I will manage it, they still proceeded anyway. Therefore I feel strongly that:

I am treated unfairly
Vodacom act in bad faith

Resulting in me loosing my cell numbers, my contract and its benefits, and now seemingly I must pay to have it reinstated. Vodacom made that discussion practically forcing me into having to pay for monthly subscription I did not use, due to Vodacom suspension and/or deletion of my numbers.I will only pay my monthly subscription until its expiry date once all my services has been restored, and I can actually enjoy the benefits which I pay for. Further, for the months I lost on my subscription due to Vodacom ignoring me, to be credited.

What are the remedies I have for a situation like this?
Best regards,
