Subscription charges post contract cancellation

I am deeply unhappy with Vodacom currently due to an incorrect billing which remains unresolved even after I have reported it and have had a couple of very heated discussion with a couple of call centre agents.

1.On 12 April 2016 at 8:33 am I sent through an email requesting cancellation of contract account number I ********** -1
2. On the same day 12 April 2016 at 1:37pm I received a response acknowledging my email and notifying me that the contract would be cancelled on 30 April 2016, wherein I will be given 48 hours to load prepaid airtime, failing which the number will be deleted.
3. On 30 April 2016, my contract was indeed terminated and I bought airtime and loaded it on the phone.
4. On 13 May 2016 I received a Tax invoice number H9-6EP3, invoice date 01/05/2016. Included in the invoice were subscription charges for MAY amounting to R648,24 before VAT as well as domestic SMS and data usage amounting to R 196,64 combined. The total amount for the invoice was R962.02 including VAT
5. Same day at 5:16 pm I sent an email to Vodacom querying the the Subscription charges for May. After a couple of calls, Thembeka Mbulawa sent me an email confirming that my has been escalated to the ISD Log to rectify the billing for May subscription charges.
6. On 31 May 2016 a deduction of R962,02 on behalf of Vodacom went through my account. I immediately phoned the bank to reverse the debit order since vodacom had no authority to deduct subscription charges for May and I was still awaiting correction of the billing as per communication from Thembeka Mbulawa.
7. On 15 June 2016 I received a statement from Vodacom dated 3 June 2016, where the R962.02 had been charged to my account again with an additional charge of R100 which I am not sure of what it is for.

Having said all that,
1. I refuse to pay subscription charges for May when I did not enjoy such since my contract terminated on 30 April 2016. I think it is highly *******, devious and an act of dishonesty on vodacom's part to put through such a charge. Even worse to debit my account after i had brought this error to the attention of the service provider.
2. I refuse to pay the additional charge of R100 processed through my account. Infact Vodacom should be paying me for the time and pain of going through *********** customer service agents who for some reason think that customers are too dumb to read or understand invoices
3. I have no problem paying the the additional charges for usage in April which 0.79 + R194.85 plus VAT.
Once this is resolved, I want absolutely no dealings with Vodacom. Do not phone me, do not email me, do not sms me, nothing. absolutely nothing. I don't do business with ******.
