Subscription Change

I received an sms saying my monthly subscription will increase on 01 May 2015 , what is the point of having a contract when Vodacom can raise their charges whenever they wish.<br> <br> When trying to contact them on their call centre number 082111 it took an age and all I got was the standard <br> \Its in your terms and conditions"line.<br> <br> Considering that the amount of dropped calls and general poor service that Vodacom provide I find it absoulutely disgusting that they can decide unilaterally to increase the amount of monthly subsrciption.<br> <br> Totally ********* behaviour in my opinion."""
