SUBSCRIBED TO SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT I NEVER AGREED TO
I found out today that I was subscribed to the following subscriptions: MOBILEPLAZA HOTPRIME Security Service Gaming17 Vodacom Games Sky Games Play 4 Fun Hia Special JujuMoby I never agreed to these subscriptions. When I asked the consultant at Vodacom how this happened he said he didn't know. I am very upset. This is more than R200's subscriptions per month. Could someone from Vodacom please give me some clarity on this.
