subscribed to 5 unauthorized services Vodaom

i have been subscribed to 5 unauthorized services which i never would even think of using. this is happening since the 1st May 2018. i did call in and unsubscribe to them but your team cant provide us with details of those Companies. i did try looking for them online and they seems to be Ghost companies, how can Vodacom just allow any company to take money everyday from peoples account without even checking if those companies are legally doing so?

i have 3 contracts with you guys and 2 of my numbers have those subscriptions going of since May 2018.

Totally disappointed with Vodacom. Now your customers need to cover the costs of ******* unauthorized of customers accounts.
