Subscribed for Vodacom fiber without my consent

On the 6 February there was a lady by the name of Yolanda from Vodacom who was doing a door to door Vodacom fibre promotion. I advised her that I was interested in more details to compare pricing but I was using Telkom for wifi. She then took my details and sent me a link via whats app to upload my ID and other details of which I never did as I didn't understand why I had to send all these details if it was just an enquiry. Months later I am interested in using another fibre company and I am told that I am activated with Vodacom. I called Vodacom to cancel on the 7 July (Ref no SR***) and the gentleman who assisted me advised that someone would be in contact with me. I called again on the 12 July and the lady by the name of Aphiwe of Aviwe advsised me that she had a problem with her system, took down my details and promised to call back to assist me. She never called me. On the 13 July I called again and was advised that it may take 30 days to cancel of which I don't understand. I am not willing to wait as I didn't not authorise this.
