Sub-standard user friendly porduct

I bought a Vodafone Smart 6 in November 2015. This phone was working smoothly for only one month. I then started having problems. It does not open applications. Freeze when opening applications, closes apps whilst working on them. Does not surf well on the internet. And this is so far the WORST phone ever for making a phone call. It takes forever to make a call (slow).<br> <br> Even my Blackberry 8520 was a better phone than this. I doubt if I would like to purchase a Vodafone again. This Vodafone Smart 6 is the ONLY phone since my 1st phone (NOKIA 3110, and many other makes and models after) that I actually wanted to throw from a building. (pure frustration)
