Stupidity at its highest, Accountability at its lowest

Utterly useless!!!!!!!! I have wasted 2 whole days on these STUPID people! Good luck trying to get hold of them over the phone. The wait time is minimum 20 minutes, then you get cut off. When you eventually get hold of someone, they tell you incorrect information, they do not hold up their end and they pass the buck. NO ACCOUNTABILITY IS THEIR GAME!!!!! BUNCH OF STUPID PEOPLE!!!! DO NOT EVER GO FOR A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM
