Stupid VodaPay App - Customers Beware

Vodacom's Stupid VodaPay App has been non-functional the whole day. The staff at the Vodacom Branch just shrug their shoulders. The bot Tobi does not understand if you request to speak to a human. This is not even farcical. Vodacom's machine at the branch cannot even advise one of the balance airtime on a pre-paid account.
