Stupid Vodacom policy

How does it makes sense that you qualify for a R420pm contract but not a R200pm contract. Telling me I cant have the contract I want because of finance but must rather take out one for R350?? Does this make sense at all, R200 is less than R350... After you have been sent an sms that the order can be collected. Stop wasting one's time and rather tell the customer this nonsense before he wastes time driving up and down to the store and maybe only send out the confirmation once everything has been approved! Ill go spend my money at a different service provider now, thank you for nothing Vodacom!
