STUPID VODACOM ARE *******

I have contracts with MTN, telkom and vodacom. Vodacom is by far the most terrible . The call agents are arrogant and ***********.

I called in about a year ago to cancel one of my vodacom contracts. The agent offered me another contract in which I was to receive airtime and data. I think a year has passed now and I have still not received a single megabyte of that data The worst part is that I have made numerous calls to vodacom in this regard. I have been promised every single time that I will receive feedback. NOTHING!! NOT EVEN AN SMS. I am now consulting with my legal advisors about this. This is theft with arrogance. Yesterday I spoke to andile kloe (something like that) at cancellations. Systems were down. She gave me a big promise to call me when the systems are back on. Waited the entire day. NOTHING!!

TODAY I SPOKE TO THOGO DLAMINI IN CANCELLATIONS. SHE CUT MY CALL 2 TIMES AFTER WHICH I HAD TO WARN HER ABOUT NOT DOING IT AGAIN.

I WANT SOME ANSWERS FROM VODACOM. NOW!! DON'T EXPECT ME TO WAIT ANY LONGER. I'VE WAITED 1 YEAR ALREADY. VODACOM ARE ***** AND CHEATS. I'VE ALREADY WRITTEN TO ICASA

I AM NOW DEMANDING TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND I WANT A REFUND FOR THE DATA THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE. STUPID VODACOM. I Expect a call from someone in management TODAY. IF VODACOM CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS
