Stupid network seriously
Hi
I am on prepaid. my number was working yesterday perfectly fine and all of sudden today i cant receive calls neither make calls. if i try to phone out it says my number has been suspended how can that be when i am on prepaid please can this be fixed immediately !!!!! please dont phone my cell as it doesnt work.

21 Oct 2019, 12:25How will Vodacom phone me when my number is not working, i cant receive incoming calls nor can i phone out. I contacted the customer care line from a friends phone and i was told that my number was suspended and that it was unlocked but still not working

23 Oct 2019, 10:33i contacted Vodacom yesterday and was advised that someone blocked my sim card at vodacom i didnt phone in requesting for this. And now i still cant phone out as it says my account has been suspended. This is such an inconvienence. I now have to take off to go to a store to have this sorted out i actually just feel like moving to MTN instead i have been with vodacom for years and this is the first time i experience this.
