Stupid explanation

I recently wanted to add a new contract to my existing contract and wanted the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime that comes with a selfie stick and scull candy headset. I was Told the systems were off and that they would call me and no one did so. I finally came right after a week and app**** for the contract. When the courier confirmed delivery, I was told the contract did not include the extras and I cancelled the contract. Now I seen the deal is advertised with the selfie stick and headset and I called and was told that it is approved and then was told that due to my earlier cancellation I can only apply for a new contract in around a month's time. I cancelled because of their delay tactics and now I cannot have the deal due to the fact that the expiry date is today. I am livid with how I am being treated as a repeat client and demand that if I cannot have this deal now, Vodacom would give it to me when i can apply again. That package is the only reason why I app**** for the additional contract.
