stuck on wrong price plan

Hi I was on a vodacom top up airtime subscription(threw EDCON JET RETAILERS). I cancelled it and back to prepaid but still stuck on vodacom 49s topup package. Due to that I can't transfer airtime and buy BIS .my sim keeps telling me technical error for most things I do . Is my simcard half on topup and half prepaid ? Please help me ,as consultants tell me nonsense and I keep calling and calling ,they promise to call me back but never end up doing so. You are my last hope .Number in question is *** Thanks you
