Stuck in a rip-off contract!

I made a complaint about Vodacom on this platform on 10 September 2019, and it was about their terrible level of service and they cannot make a decision about my grievance.

I took out an LTE contract in June this year - 30Gig anytime data for R549 pm. And not long after I started my contract prices dropped significantly and amazing specials came in, as well as Vodacom Fibre deals, which were much better that what I was paying for, considering what I was paying.

I queried it with Vodacom and I was given the cold shoulder - nobody cared, nobody wanted to help me, and I got shunted around from one "department" to the next. In the end I gave up, which is exactly what Vodacom wanted me to do - to suck it up carry on with my rip-off contract for the remainder of the 2 year contract...

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and it seems to count for nothing. My voice is not really heard, or I falls on callous ears of employees who don't understand the gravity of the situation. Actually, it's just that they don't care. It's as simple as that.

Vodacom are too big to care.

I really thought that I would have gotten their attention with my last review, and indeed, they left a reply on that very same day, 10 September, saying they'll get back to me, which they didn't. I have not been contacted by them at all!!

On 13 September they left feedback saying said that they have contacted me. A way of saying case closed. Well that's a load of ****!!!!

For me this case not closed!! It's wide open and unresolved. I'm a reasonable person and I want fair treatment, and I have not been treated fairly.

As soon as each of my contracts are over, I will close and move them, including porting my phone number that I've had since the 90's.

Vodacom, you have lost a good customer due to your unfair treatment of me.
