Struggling with contract for nearly 3 weeks now.

We went to Dihlabeng Mall's Vodacom Shop, waited to be helped. Maryke helped us, wasn't friendly or looking if she wanted to help. Wednesday 12/10/2016, we received a call saying we must pay R229 over to seal the contract. I gave her my email, but received nothing from her. Phoned back at 15h00, she was on lunch, and left a message, still we haven't received anything. Thursday 13/10/2016, 14h00 we phoned again, still we received no email with the banking details, etc. Then we heard Monday, that on Saturday 15/10/2016 they were in an armed *******. All our papers were ****** with the phone (5months bank statements, id, proof of address and payslip)???? Monday we phoned, all were busy and they kept on telling us that they will get back to us. Tuesday we spoke to Nadine (Sales Manager), told her the story, she said she will order a new phone. I sent all our papers again to Nadine, she told me that she received it and is going to find out from Maryke what is going on. We waited for Maryke till Wednesday 19/10/2016 to get back to us. She send us the papers, we had to fill out everything from start. Thursday 20/10/2016 we spoke to Nadine again, she said she is still waiting for the phones they come at 12h00, At 14h30 we phoned again, spoke to Maryke, she told us that the phone were sent in the morning, i asked for the waybill nr. Received the phone on Friday afternoon. Then we phoned Maryke that afternoon and asked for the number to be activated. She told us that she will do it first thing Saturday morning when they open. When we phoned on Saturday 22/10/2016, now all of the sudden she can't do it on a weekend (Why didn't she told us this on Friday???? If someone works for Vodacom, they need to know all of this!!! How long has she been there?? And with how many people does she do this???) We phoned Nadine on Saturday, and i told her we are frustrated with this whole situation, and the way that Maryke is handling all of this. She said she will see if she can get the number activated over the weekend. We sent her the pin number on Saturday, and then we told her we got another sms that says Telkom approved the port. She said the phone will go over on Sunday morning. Sunday morning 23/10/2016 we phoned again, still nothing. She said she will sort it out first thing Monday morning. Monday 24/10/2016 we phoned again, she said she will get back to us. Got a call back later, she said she talk to head office regarding the activation, they said the phone will go over to Vodacom between 6pm and 12pm, she promised that on Tuesday 25/10/2016 all will be done, and we can use the phone with the Vodacom sim. I phoned this morning at 9h00, to say that nothing happened, she phoned back at 9h14 to tell me she will sort it out within the next 10-15min. I phoned back at 10h34 to tell her that it’s been an 1h30, and we haven't heard anything, she wasn't available, i left a message. It is now 14h20, and we phoned again. Apparently the nr is deleted from Vodacom, when the port was done??? Dont know why, or when, because we are still not on Vodacom!!! I want to know why is it taking vodacom this long to activate a number, and why don't we get any reaction on this matter?? This is the most TERRIBLE service we have received in a long time!!!! In the meantime we are struggling with service. Can someone at Vodacom please get back to us a.s.a.p. regarding the activation/port of this number ********** 727. We are very unhappy with the service up to now!!! It doesn't feel like anyone is taking this seriously??

We also would like a statement from Vodacom regarding our papers that were ****** from Vodacom on a Vodacom letterhead. If we get trouble regarding this in the future we have proof that our papers were ******. We are still waiting for this letter/statement from the Dihlabeng Mall Vodacom's shop???
