Struggling to sort out a billing problem with vodacom since October 2017

After my vodacom acounts debid order did not go of in October 2017 i phoned them to find out what was the problem, onley to find out that they cancelled my debid order reasons onley they would know.

So for October and December i decided to make a EFT payment to vodacom. In December month they sent me a sms that im in arrears with R4700 after calling them and finding the problem i wanted to fix the problem so i sent my froof of payments to vodacom the onley job vodacom had to do is use the proof of payment to track it and transfer it on to my statement so the arrears could be removed..

Well since then i had spoken to the supervisor from vodacom i spoke to 17 different operators and sent my proof of payments everytime so they can track and fix it...It has not been fixed!

On the 31st of January 2018 i called in to vodacom after they switch off my phone, and not the onley time 3times before that to...then i phone in and they fix it..but now again they told me i am still in arrears so from the first time i phoned in and wanted to fix the problem vodacom has not fixed it.... The operator was verry helpfull and was trying to help and said he will reactivate my phone Yesterday my phone was stil off!!!!

So yet again i phoned in again and now the story was it has been tracked but it needs to go on my statement....but he does not know how long it will take.

So i thought the problem was solved but no 10min later i receive a email telling me i have to pay R5700 before 7 days.

Now i ask why should whe struggle so mutch with vodacom? What are they doing there if they caint fix problems Maybe sleeping?
