Struggling to get contract cancelled

I tried to cancel my contract since April ( it ended May) I wanted nothing but to cancel the whole contract, I’ve been calling getting different agents and yet they still haven’t cancelled it.

I’m being billed end of July when I cancelled my contract in April.

I keep being referred but nothing gets solved I am So fed up I want my contract cancelled completely!!
