Struggling since 22nd October 2016 ----- SERVICE NON EXISTENT !!!
<p>I have been struggling to upgrade one of my numbers - i am shoved from pillar to post as nobody can assist - it's a matter of call this number, no we cannot assit & the call gets dropped - the favourite is please rate our service - I type 0 - it means zip zap nothing - the staff are *********** & one can never to speak to someone that knows anything or is willing to assist. </p>
