struggle to get my tablet fix

I already sent my tab in 3 x and mail them to get my tablet fix. They hardly return me calls and now it is more then two months and still waiting. I emailed them a document that they asked me to signed and still no call or what o ever AFTER MORE THEN 2 WEEKS. I must phone in every time to follow up. THEN ONLY EXCUSES AND EXCUSES.i REALLY TIRED TO STRUGGLE LIKE THIS.
