STRONG INDIGNATION
I've just been in a 40 min call half of which I was on hold for only asking when my d/o will run, just the date. And I didn't get to hang up. This is my third bad review of one company in two months, I'm not going to explain to any retentions/cancelations agent as that's futile . Departments aren't connected. When u get a department the authentication (with a person) takes minutes because '...still waiting for my system...' please don't call me just go and listen to that call. Find it, find all the calls related to my account and then decide if I'm too sensitive. Chief!
