STRAKZ COMMUNICATIONS

A company by the name of STRAKZ COMMUNICATIONS was laying fibre optic cable in our area and damaged my underground storm water pipe that I installed earlier this year. A gentleman known only to me as 'FRANK' told me that they were laying cable for VODACOM and that they would replace the broken pipe at their cost. Its more than 4 months later and there has been no repairs. The number that Frank gave to me does not answer. And I haven't been able to get through to STRAKZ themselves. I'm addressing this complaint to VODACOM, because they repeatedly said they were conducting business on your behalf and also because I cannot get anyone in STRAKZ to take responsibility.
