Store manager surprises with wonderful service

I went to the Vodashop Menlyn Park to get a sim-swop, and received wonderful service from the acting store manager. He was kind, helpful and very professional. It was immediately evident that he had in-depth knowledge of his products and the Vodacom computer systems. Non only that, he treated me as a valued client and used excellent customer care and communication skills to help me quickly and with effortlessly. This man is a true advantage to any business and deserves credit. He also helped his staff with problems and did so with dignity. A breath of fresh air. Thank you.
