Store manager shouted at me

I went into the Vodacom store with a Samsung Alpha. The manager on duty helped me. I needed a cover. He told me my phone looked like a Samsung A3 so I can purchase one of those covers. I bought a cheaper one and not the one he had selected for me. I put this cover on and it didn't fit as apparently this was for the wrong phone. <br> When I went back to the store to exchange it he refused to listen to us. He was very defensive and kept snapping at us refusing to accept blame for this. After which he SHOUTED at us. He was extremely rude and in doing so, stopped attending to the customer he was helping before we came. <br> I asked him to continue helping this customer. After this, he helped us and his mood changed dramatically. All of a sudden he was happy and helpful. No apology for his earlier outburst. I am very disgusted as we always seem to have issues with Vodacom. They don't know how to treat their customers.
