Store did not open when it said it would

Kindly be advised that I was at your Vodacom store in Vangate Mall Cape Town on the 21st January 2016<br> <br> At 5:30pm to order devices for my upgrade and to purchase a wi fi device (cash )for my data sim contract (also with you)<br> <br> Only to find that the store remained closed with a sign that said be back in 15 min from 5:30pm when I was there although it may have been longer until 6pm<br> <br> Which is the closing time of the store.<br> <br> I am so disappointed at this level of service and when trying to call the branch on *** on numerous occasions there is no answer.<br> <br> I feel like cancelling my contracts and moving as Vodacom is clearly not interested in my business<br> <br> Please find out why the branch was closed and get back to me ASAP<br> <br> My Number ***<br>
