Store closes before time

<p>I arrived at Ghandi Square Vodacom at 4:45pm 12/5/2017 to have the gate closed as I was walking towards the store. I called Vodacom customer services the previous day, and they confirmed that this Vodacom store closes at 5pm, of which even a sticker on their window reflected the same. I took a picture of this sticker as proof (which has time and date in details) as I was fully frustrated, having gone to Balfour Park the previous day, only to be told that the store was no longer there, even though vodacom.mobi site shows it is still active. After asking to speak to the manager (a man with the surname Thedisi) from outside, I asked him why the sticker says 5pm with the time being 4:50pm at this point, yet they were already closed. He then says that the sticker was supposed to be corrected (much like their website) and that I could not enter. I have been trying to simply port an Mtn number to Vodacom, nothing Scientific...This is probably why people are not bothering at all. Simply put, update your sites as well as have your customer services staff know what is happening. I left work early to rush to this store only to have the gate shut as I arrived, and having attempted Balfour Park the previous day, this has not been a good show on Vodacoms part. Maybe Ill try Rivonia now!</p>
