Stopping incoming calls due to "no arrangement"

My account is currently in arrears. So last week they blocked my outgoing calls. Fine. Excepted. However, this morning a lady phones me to ask when I am going to pay. I explained to her that I do not know yet, as I am waiting for people to pay me. Not wanting to make a promise I cannot keep, I said I do not have a date for payment yet.

Minutes later, my incoming calls get blocked. BRILLIANT Vodauseless!! Now people wanting to get details to pay me can't reach me. This is REALLY going to improve your time/chances of getting your money. And, incoming calls do not cost you anything. Brilliant...

Fortunately, my contract has expired, and I can now go to prepaid or another network.

At least when I am on prepaid, people can always reach me, regardless of whether or not I have loaded money on my account...

Maybe this will get through to someone with more than on working brain cell...
