Stopping a contract with Vodacom is a NIGHTMARE

I am very disappointed in the service of Vodacom. I tried to stop the two contracts that I have with them since 23 Dec 2024 and was told that the contracts only expired end of Jan 2025 and that I must phone back in Jan 2025. On 6 Jan 2025 I phoned in to cancel the contracts. I received a call from the upgrade centre on 8/1/2025 and was told the contracts were not cancelled. I phoned in again and was told it will be cancelled. On 10 Jan no cancelation email or SMS received so I phoned in again. I was complaining that contract was not stopped. I was promised and even received reference numbers to confirm that contracts will be stopped. On 12 Feb I again received a call from the upgrade department and was told the 2 contracts were still active and no signs of being stopped. I gain phoned the cancelation line on *** as I did before. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they will cancel the contracts, and he even promised to investigate who was in the wrong. I again received reference numbers for my call and was told I will pay my last instalment end of Feb. This morning 12/3/2025 I just got the feeling to phone again since I have not yet received any confirmation SMS or email again. I was told that there was no cancelation on the 2 numbers and that they can stop it today and will be deducted till end of April. How many times must we contact Vodacom to cancel a contract. I wanted the last instalment to go off on the end of Jan 2025 and now it seems like it will only be done end of April. I will no longer do any business with Vodacom and will tell all my friends and family about this problem so that nobody has to struggle like I did and is still doing. They are quick when it comes to taking out a contract with them, but when stopping it, it is another nightmare. After all this, you will not believe me, but it is still not sorted. I was promised again this morning that somebody will get back to me re this issue. Seeing is believing.
