Stopped me saying goodbye to my parents

I'm in the process of emigrating, and I set up my Vodacom accounts so that my data SIMs cancelled immediately, and my main cellphone account cancelled at the end of the month.

I paid a pretty penny for this privilege, having to pay significant early cancellation fees. So, on the day I'm leaving, days before it should cancel, I see that my account has been moved to prepaid.

Best of all, for some reason, I cannot load money on the prepaid account. Vodacom staff were as useless as MTN staff usually are, so pretty amazingly bad. They could not get me able to phone my mother to say goodbye.

Thanks Vodacom. So glad I'll never have to deal with your *********** Mickey mouse operation again.

I think everyone reading this should know that Vodacoms only response was "sorry". No flowers for my mother or chocolates for my father for having them unnecessarily worried. No offer of partial refund for being so intolerant and uncaring.
Just a mealy mouthed half felt apology.
Go to hell Vodacom, you're appalling.
