Stop with the PUSH notifications already.

I'm a prepaid customer of Vodacom. In the last two months, Vodacom has suddenly started sending me PUSH notifications when I reach certain usage thresholds on my data. I am aware that Vodacom is required by new laws to notify prepaid customers of their usage, but I have not once given Vodacom approval to send me PUSH notifications. There is nothing worse than having a PUSH notification come up while I'm using a full screen app on my phone. I contacted 111 and 135 this morning and was totally unable to talk to a human consultant to handle my query. The Tobi chat-bot is useless. Vodacom, you are required by law to allow me to choose which methods of communication you may use to contact me. Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (no 25 of 2002) Section 45(4): Any person who sends unsolicited commercial communications to a person who has advised the sender that such communications are unwelcome, is guilty of an offence and liable, on conviction, to the penalties prescribed in section 89(1).

Reviewer Update
After chatting to a helpful lady from the Vodacom HelloPeter call centre and being assured that the problem should now be fixed, I received another Push notification stating that I have 20mb available. This was at 09:23, 28 June 2019. This is unacceptable.
