STOP USING VOCACOM

Vodacom is absolutely the worst service provider. We are so disappointed in the service and the network. We hace more than 1 business premium contacts with vodacom, and so far all have gone bad. People, think twice before using Vodacom. We have upgraded today to a Samsung Note 8 1) Vodacom does not have covers for the phone, I had to go to MTN to buy a cover 2) They guy has charged us R280 to copy files from the old phone to the new one! It is absolutely ridiculous! Mtn does it for free. 3) We paid for the transfer, and not all the files are on the new phone?? Our collection of music is gone!! 4) This is a business phone that is operating 24 hours a day. We did the upgrade 9am and 12 hours later there is still no network. We went back to Vodacom and the assistant advised that there is a problem with the network! A business can not operate with a problematic vodacom network.
